AMQ-480 qPCR adopts with 48-well design and 4-channel fluorescent detection configuration. It uses 4 independent high-quality Marlow Peltier modules, combined with high-precision temperature sensor and edge temperature compensation technique, to achieve rapid and accurate thermal cycling control. It comes with 4 independent gradient temperature zones and uses maintenance-free LED as the excitation light source. AMQ-480 offers an affordable research solution without comprising qPCR’s accuracy and performance. It can be used for DNA and RNA PCR product quantification, pathogen detection, molecular cloning, mutation screening, gene expression, genotyping, transgenic research, agri-food safety testing, and veterinary testing.
