AMQ-9605T comes with either a 5-channel fluorescent detection configuration and operates with long life excitation LED light sources and a user friendly 7-inch touchscreen for experimental setup. To offer 6 independent gradient temperature zones, AMQ-9605T uses 6 independent high-quality Marlow Peltier modules, combined with high-precision temperature sensor and edge temperature compensation technique, to achieve rapid and accurate thermal cycling control. Our innovative optical system design consists of independent dual fiber optics underneath each well for stable signal acquisition, which ensure high detection efficiency and optimal signal-to-noise ratio. AMQ-9605T offers an ideal research solution for DNA and RNA PCR product quantification, pathogen detection, molecular cloning, mutation screening, gene expression, genotyping, transgenic research, agri-food safety testing, and veterinary testing.
