Description

AMQ-4804 features a 48-well design, LED excitation light sources, four independent gradient temperature zones, and four-channel fluorescent detection. Marlow Peltier modules, edge temperature compensation, and precision sensors allow for rapid, accurate thermal cycling. Ideal for DNA/RNA quantification,  pathogen detection, molecular cloning, mutation screening, gene expression, genotyping, transgenic research, agri-food safety, and veterinary testing.
