Description
Featuring a 96-well fluorescent detection system, LED excitation light sources, and a user-friendly seven inch touchscreen. AMQ-9605T offers six independent gradient temperature zones using six Marlow Peltier modules, edge temperature compensation, and precision sensors for rapid and accurate thermal cycling control. Dual fiber optics under each well maximize detection efficiency, stabilizes signal acquisition, and optimizes signal-to-noise ratio.
